Deploying the DaRT Recovery Image. After you have created the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) file that contains the Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (DaRT) 10 recovery image, you can deploy the DaRT 10 recovery image throughout your enterprise so that it is available to end users and help desk workers.

XP-based ISOs

MSDart 5.0 or ERD Commander 2005/2007 are XP Recovery ISOs. Rename the file extension to .isomemF01 to ensure they run correctly.
If you are using E2B+DPMS (which includes Windows XP 32-bit Mass Storage drivers), then you can instead boot from the MSDaRT 5.0 ERD XP ISO and access SATA or RAID hard disks, even if the ISO does not have the correct drivers. To do this, use the special _ISOdocsSample mnu FilesERD5_DPMS.mnu file. Follow the instructions inside the file. This is the best way to run an XP-based recovery ISO. E2B v1.A7 and later versions support the .isoDPMS file extension which has the same function as ERD5_DPMS.mnu

Win7/8/10 based ISOs

MSDart v6.0 and later ISOs are based on Vista/7/8/10. For these ISOs, simple change the file extension to .iso01.
If you also want the ISO to be loaded as a virtual drive then use a file extension of .isoPE01 (this will require a 'Removable' E2B Flash drive or an E2B USB HDD+USB Helper Flash drive however).
For UEFI boot support or for ISOs which don't seem to work correctly, use MakePartImage to make a partition image file from each ISO (use MPI_FAT32 for UEFI support).

Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable PE Rescue Disk
Created a Custom Windows 10 Recovery Tools and Bootable Rescue Disk in ISO format
Based on the Win10PESE project found on TheOven.org - Thanks to those that contributed..
It allows you access to any non-working system and provides you a visual means to repair that system.
You would have to download the ISO and then burn it to USB or CD to create a bootable WinPE disk.

Cool little trick with Kyhi's recovery drive: take a standard Windows 10 install USB flash drive, copy the boot.wim file from sources from Kyhi's recovery drive to the sources on the Windows 10 install USB flash drive (overwrite the old file). Now your Windows 10 install USB flash drive will boot into Kyhi's recovery drive giving you all those utilities. If you want to install Windows 10, run setup.exe from the USB flash drive from file explorer. Bonus! Two drives in one!

I created a 6 GB FAT32 partition at the end of my second HDD. I mounted a Windows 10 installation ISO file and then copied all the files and folders from the mounted ISO file to the 6 GB partition. Then I mounted Kyhi's Recovery Tools ISO file and replaced the Windows 10 boot.wim file in the Sources folder in the 6 GB partition with the boot.wim file from Kyhi's recovery tools. Then I used EasyBCD to add that boot.wim file to my Windows boot menu. I have a Macrium Reflect image of my SSD saved on the NTFS partition of my second hard drive. I kept the regular Windows 10 450mb recovery partition on my SSD.
I can:
Enter the standard Windows 10 recovery environment from within Windows 10.
Boot the computer from the normal SSD and pick Kyhi's Recovery Tools to boot into.
Enter UEFI boot override and boot directly from the custom recovery partition on the second HDD into Kyhi's recovery tools.
Once in Kyhi's recovery tools I can do a clean install of Windows 10 or I can run Macrium Reflect and restore the backup image to my SSD.

Hi, NavyLCDR has just posted this which includes command prompt sequence and much more - perhaps too much for this purpose, but covers issues arising rather well:
Installing Win 10 x64 using a flash memory - Page 2 - Windows 10 Forums
and Rufus instructions are in Option 2 of this tutorial, but refer there, of course, to a Win 10 iso.
